Automated machines for high volume products have become one of TranTek Automation’s fortes. Manufacturing solutions are developed for the U.S. Government and its suppliers and allies. In one example, we developed an 40mm grenade assembly line that produces 1000 units per hour. Our technology ensures proper powder filling and assembly checks Case inspection, primer installation, powder fill, and sealant application can be automated into an efficient production system that integrates error-proofing and data collection with proven manufacturing methods.
