Load Assemble Pack (LAP) Automated Munitions Assembly

TranTek has integrated LAP processes into a single assembly system and programmed the control system with touch screen inputs. Flexibility is designed into this system, and allows for the feeding of 40MM Grenades, robotic linking of belt joined munitions, and automatic pressing of machine gun ready belts. Flexible ink jet marking with vision verification allows the reliable marking of complex formats and various product shapes, all on one system. Auto-gauging and data collection ensure product conformance and quality.
